How quickly do you respond?

Within an hour during the workweek and almost always the same day on weekends. I treat my phone like part of the job — if I miss you, I get right back to you.

Do you work with first-time buyers?

Most weeks, yes. First-time buyers get the same attention as any seller. I walk you through pre-approval, neighborhoods, offer strategy, inspections, and closing — and I'll absolutely tour 38 homes with you if that's what it takes to find the right one.

Which areas do you cover?

Twelve South Central and Southwest Wisconsin counties: Dane, Sauk, Columbia, Dodge, Jefferson, Waukesha, Rock, Walworth, Iowa, Lafayette, Green, and Grant. Sun Prairie and Madison are my home turf.

Is the home valuation really free?

Yes — and there's no obligation to list. Most homeowners use it for refinancing, estate planning, or just to know where they stand. I personally prepare every report; nothing is automated.

How do you price my home?

I pull recent comparable sales from your immediate market via the MLS, factor in condition and recent improvements, and apply current local demand trends. You'll see the comps and reasoning — not just a number.

Can I work with you remotely or from out of state?

Absolutely. Out-of-state and relocation buyers are a meaningful part of my practice. I do video tours, neighborhood walk-throughs, and remote closings, and I'll be your ground-truth on everything from school districts to commute times.
