What's the difference between a CMA and a Zestimate?
A Zestimate is an algorithm guessing from public records. A CMA — comparative market analysis — is built by a human who knows the neighborhood, walks the comps, and adjusts for the things a model can't see: a finished basement, the new roof, a backyard that backs up to a busy road. For most Wisconsin homes the gap can be tens of thousands of dollars.
How long does it take to get my report?

How accurate is the value range, really?
Tighter than any online estimator — typically within 3–5% of an actual sale price for a well-maintained home in an established market. Unique properties (acreage, waterfront, custom builds) get a wider range and a longer narrative.
Will Burke want to walk through my home?
Not necessarily for a CMA. He can deliver a defensible range from public records plus your form responses. If you're getting close to listing, an in-person walk-through tightens the number meaningfully and is always free.
Can I get a CMA on a property I don't own (yet)?
Yes. Buyers and investors request these all the time as part of due diligence on a target home. Just note it in the message field and Burke will treat it accordingly.
What information do I need to provide?
Address, contact info, and any quick notes on condition or recent updates. The more you share, the tighter the analysis — but the form takes well under a minute either way.
